About Hannah
Hannah Davenhill has built an accomplished career in volleyball, excelling as both a setter and opposite. A graduate of Waimea College, she played a key role in leading her team to a NZSS National Championship title in 2014.
Hannah continued her volleyball journey at Brock University, competing in USports (OUA Conference) while earning a Bachelor of Sports Management. Throughout her collegiate career, she excelled both on and off the court, earning Academic All-Canadian honours in four consecutive seasons (2016-2019). After completing her degree, she pursued further studies at Auckland University of Technology (AUT), graduating with a BSc in Oral Health in 2023.
On the national stage, Hannah represented NZ age-group teams from 2012-2015, competing in tournaments across Australia, the Philippines, the U.S., and Taiwan, as well as a beach volleyball tour to the U.S. Domestically, she has continued to make an impact, helping Harbour Women claim the IPC Championship in 2022 and Te Waiora secure the NVL Championship in 2021.
Beyond playing, Hannah has recently stepped into coaching, assisting the Rangitoto Senior Girls team. With her wealth of experience in both national and international volleyball, she remains dedicated to the game—continuing to compete at a high level while giving back to the next generation of athletes.
