Jarod Robert has developed into a versatile outside hitter and libero, with a decorated career in both indoor and beach volleyball. A standout at Hillcrest High School, he led his team to a Secondary Schools Junior North Island Championship as captain, earning Tournament MVP. His beach volleyball success includes a 4th-place finish at the U17 World Secondary Schools Championship in Italy and multiple U17 & U19 New Zealand National Championships.

His pathway led him to Canada, where he played for Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT), earning recognition as the NAIT Rookie of the Year (2022-23) and helping his team claim the 2023-24 CCAA National Championship. He has since transferred to MacEwan University, competing in USports Canada West while studying Business Insurance and Risk Management.

Jarod has also captained the New Zealand U17 Men’s Indoor Team on an international tour in the U.S. and continues to be a leader in both the indoor and beach volleyball communities. His journey is a testament to the power of initiative and perseverance, showing that athletes can carve out their own path to success on the international stage.
